I paid for gel tips, after two days they started chipping. I went back for them to fix. Although there were nail techs available they made me wait 25 min for same tech. He proceeded to file and put clear coat on and assured me this would fix the problem. It has been three days and the same nail is chipping away again along with another one. I have had my nails done many times and never has an issue with my gel nails. This place was less than accommodating and rude. I have to drive twenty minutes to get to this place and they do not care. This picture is the second time having this stupid nail fixed.

Never have had a problem until today , 3 of my nails were crooked , so I went back. They placed me back with the same man who proceeded with an attitude, just filing the nail down versus fixing it properly, and he filed one of my nails shorter that all the others , and didn't even wait for me to tell him that he did the exact opposite of what I asked. Will not be going back , very rude
Lady I had charged me $65 for gel tips and was extremely rude to me. Originally the price was $35-$40 but they added the price up at the end and somehow it was $65.... absolutely ridiculous. Nails stayed on well but this is the second time they have just made up a random amount.
I love the price and services they provide. But the female owner's attitude and customer service needs a lot of work. She greets some and looks at the rest with judgement. I have been a customer almost 2 years and if it wasn't for the 3 employees that are always tgere and nice; I would go somewhere else. I drive from Greenville to Easley and pass many nail shops inbetween.
I've been a few times now and every time I go they're kinda sloppy but this past time I had a worse experience. The lady that works there 'EMMY' charged me 3 extra dollars for my "extra lenth" nails even though all she did was a fill in and wasn't even adding length to my nails. Its only $3 but the fact she charged me for no reason is what really bothers me.
Staff is rude. I've gave this salon a few shots and every time they have been terrible. I went yesterday and got my eyebrows done and the lady waxed them almost completely off, she was very rude as well. The wax was way to hot and she was extremely rough on my face. My skin is still swollen and red!! I hardly ever leave bad reviews!
Three sisters came in today to celebrate two of the sisters birthdays. Don the salon tech and two others were awesome the wait time was not even a minute nails look great all walked out satisfied customers. Will go back and highly recommend.
I always go to Pro Nails and LOVE them, but this day I was at PetSmart and just went next door. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Went in for gel nails and a manicure and asked for matte polish. The matte polish didn't work with the color, not their fault, but they kept trying. The red color was coming off when rinsed with alcohol, so the color was splotchy. At one point, I told them I had to leave, I was on lunch (I had already been there for an hour and a half). The manager came up to me, told me to come back any day that week, that'd he'd fix it for me. I go in two days later after work to get them fixed. New manager- I can't find my receipt and I can't remember the lady's name that did my nails. After I explained to him that 1. there was a different manager there two days before 2. he told me he would be there so didn't take my name and 3. the employees don't wear name-tags so I didn't know her name, someone that worked there FINALLY said, "oh yeah, I remember her." The manager starts yelling about how I have to pick the same polish I used last time I told him that I would love to, but the polish didn't work right, but I would pick a similar color. He also said he would "Let it slide" this time since I didn't have my receipt. I was so over it. 30 minutes later, my nails are breaking off because apparently the lady two days before put about 10 coats of gel polish on and they couldn't get it off! New lady did a very sloppy job. Will not be returning.
This business IS outstanding. Got my mom in on very short notice for a pedi & a mani 4myself. The staff are very knowledgeable,honest & nice. Best place hands down :) WILL repeat 4 sure 4sure.
I have been going here for years and have recommended these guys to alot of my family and friends. I get compliments on my nails all the time. The price is great and the work is awesome!
