Called to sign up for new residential service in Easley. They took my credit card info and told me my service would start "next Thursday" and a can would be delivered before.
A week later, no can, no service. Called and was told "We've decided not to service your area any longer."
When asked why someone didn't call and inform us of that I was told "We're too busy to be calling everyone".
Thanks for the LOUSY customer service.
