We just purchased a new 2016 Honda CR-V from Hendrick Honda. Alex Gambrell was our sales person. Alex served in the military and has excellent customer skills (Thank you for your service Alex). Alex worked with us and was able to get us the trim level and color (inside and out) we wanted. The car was delivered as promised at the agreed upon price. Alex went over all the new features with us and took the time to make sure we understood before we left the dealership. I would highly recommend Alex Gambrell and Hendrick Honda

I would not even consider taking my Honda Accord to another dealership to have it serviced...Hendrick Honda Easley offers an very pleasant and accommodating atmosphere which make it easy for a customer to communicate the necessary maintenance required at a specific time frame. Appointments are made with your convenience in mind and the service personnel complete the work on your car within the time they hare indicated. The technicians provide superior workmanship. EMily Orr was the technician that worked on my car June 16 when it was in for regular service requirements. She was per personally and her work ethic was superior. When I drive my car out of Hendrick's I know that I will able to depend on the performance that Honda for which Honda is so respected.

Marlene Goubert is an excellent sales associate with Hendrick Honda. Marlene met me with a smile and her positive attitude continued during the entire appointment as she was explaining improvements and features of the 2016 Honda Pilot during and after the test drive. Marlene is a professional individual with a natural love for Honda vehicles and took the time to understand what I wanted to purchase. I will do business with Marlene Goubert at Hendrick Honda again when it comes time to purchase another Honda vehicle.

I have been taking my Toyota to Hendrick Honda of Easley for 2 years. I love that I can take my car to any Hendrick dealership and they can look it up and service it. Hendrick Honda of Easley is fantastic. I haven't had any problem that they won't fix. So nice, professional, courteous and genuine.



Just got my car back from their detail shop. WOW! They did a wonderful job getting it clean...like new!! My Rav-4 is the doggie car, so there was lots of hair caught in the carpet...and they got it all out!! I didn't think they could impress me any more than they already have, but they did.



Highly recommend!!!!

We have been in our CRV for less than a year. Service department noticed a potential problem during a routine service visit. Amanda in the service department asked us to bring it back in two weeks to recheck the issue. Turns out there was an issue with the oil seal. Since the car is still under warranty, it was completely covered. Amanda made sure to get us a rental car, unsure of how long they would have our CRV. I called the service department later the same day and requested, since they had the car, to see if they could remove a stain on the front set. They were happy to do that. Amanda called about 6:45 that evening and said the car was ready. We were expecting to be in the rental for a few days. When we picked up the car the next morning, they had cleaned all of the upholstery, not just the front seat. I would name every person that touched our vehicle if I knew their names! What an awesome service department!

I'm 62 yes old and have never bought a new car. I had a serious car accident and had to replace my 1998 Honda Civic. Randall Mullinex was wonderful. He answered all my questions and was not pushy. He new of my accident and made sure I knew about all the safety factors in the new Civics. Thanks Randal for making buying my new car and great experience.
