They will take money out of your account even after you give them the car back. They are rude and lie to your face just to make a sale. I bought a car and a week latter returned it because it broke down. They only sell lemons and have the nerve to look you in the face with a smile saying that they had no idea it was a crap car. Worst place ever. And the manager behaves like a child throwing a fit because you return the car.

I do not recommend this lot to anyone!!! They are really nice from the first visit until you sign your paperwork. After that they have HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! They promise in person and in the contract that they will treat you with respect, be honest, and answer any questions about your account. They break not only one of these promises, but ALL of them! The on site manager, Adam will not return phone calls and will not get on the phone with you to try to resolve any issues. We purchased two vehicles the same day. On day 44 (before our paper tags even run out), my husband had an unfortunate accident involving a deer that resulted in totaling his truck. They refused to talk to us on the phone to arrange a settlement with the insurance company to get THEIR payment. Then on day 46 (1500 miles) the motor in my car went out. They wouldn't talk to me on the phone to make arrangements to get it fixed through the warranty. The ladies kept telling me I needed to talk to Adam, but Adam refused to return any of my calls. If you have already made your purchase or do make a purchase, DO NOT be 2 days late on your payments. They will repo the vehicle BEFORE you receive your cure to default letter giving you 21 days to catch up your payments. Their towing company also will refuse to allow you to view any repo paperwork. In my opinion this would fall under grand theft auto, but we will check with a lawyer on that issue.

GREAT place to buy a car!!

I""m a single mom who needed a dependable car with little down and low payments. I found it there at Family Auto in Easley. Bridgette and Adam are awesome. They went above and beyond to help me during and after the process. They helped me with another situation with nothing to gain. REALLY making me feel like part of their family! I can't say enough great things about this dealership! If you are shopping for a vehicle you have found a terrific place to buy it from!! I'm very grateful to have met and dealt with Bridgette and Adam at Family Auto. Special thanks to them!
