R & R Heating & Cooling

R & R came out 3 weeks ago and gave me a quote. I went with another company and had to call R & R back this morning. They came out this afternoon and repaired my unit that the other company kept telling me they couldn't get the part needed. 3 weeks with no air - Thank You R & R - I now have cold air again. Excellent price and wonderful and courteous employees. I will call for any repairs my unit needs again.

I called Monday morning around 9:30. Asked when I could be scheduled to check for a leak in our a/c system. The lady I spoke with asked me when I wanted someone to come. I requested 3pm and the men arrived about 3:05. They were courteous & professional. The trip charge of $60 I felt was quite reasonable. They were not able to easily find a leak. I could have had them spend time looking, but, since the unit is almost 20 years old, it was suggested to just add Freon & see how long it lasts. I agreed.

AVOID THIS GUY. THEY DRAINED THE REFRIGERANT AND SAVED IT, I WAS STAND ING THERE WATCHING THEM DO IT. THEN ORDERED THE PARTS AND INSTALLED THEM. GOT THE BILL WITH A FULL CHARGE FOR ALL THE REFRIGERANT THEY HAD SAVED. CLAIMED THEY DID NOT SAVE IT. OVER $100 FOR IT.

Charged me $ 180.00 for 30 min visit and to clean my AC coils. That was all. $180 to clean my coils....$100 would have been more reasonable...AVOID...shady operation !
