        From the Chimichurri braised Beef to the breakfast sandwiches and paired chai lattes, Rembrandts is a magical place that has one of Idaho's most modern ambience. I used to be a local at this old coffee shop and they outdid the remodel...was worth the wait! This is what food, breakfast, lunch and dinner looks like revamped!

        Not just a coffee house! When you go to Rembrandt's in Eagle, don't think it's only a coffee house. Try their quiche, Jeanetta chicken salad or any one of their decadent desserts! We love the cozy, eclectic atmosphere too. It's like therapy for the soul!

        The Best in Boise

        Rembrandts gets an A+++++ for atmosphere and the Coffee is outstanding. The service is great and the prices are very reasonable. This is a must visit if you live in or visit Boise.
