Mark's Towing

I came back from a week long trip to find my car would not start. I went to the blue light intercom box in the elevator area of the Gold Ramp on level 2, They told me to call Marks Towing and gave me the phone number. I called and the dispatcher told me that they were onsite and that he would be there within 15 minutes. A half hour later when nobody showed up I called back and she said that he would be driving up to my location any minute. Another 30 minutes goes by and I call again. She again asks me the color and make of my car(I don't think it changed), I gave her the information and she asked my location again. I told her that I was in the general parking gold ramp level 2, parked in the handicap parking right in front of the door. She said he had cleared my call and another, I told her that their truck had not been anywhere near my location. She said he would be there within a few minutes. So my 15 minutes turned into 75 minutes. I guess I'm glad they don't drive ambulances.

i was planning on having my toyota prius towed so i called Mark's and they sent someone out (for an amazing price, mind you!) and when he got there he had to try and jump start my car (which i had tried to do before to no avail) and got it running and was super nice and friendly. the jump was 50 dollars for him to drive out and get it jump started but then he proceeded to tell me that i could also contact my insurance for possible reimbursement and/or write it off on taxes as a work expense, seeing as how i was on my way to work! very awesome!

Just had the opportunity to use Mark's Towing for the first time in many years. I received prompt and professional assistance from the driver dispatched to assist my Son and I. Thanks for such great service. Will definitely be calling you for all my towing needs!

Mark and his Driver's are very professional and courteous. The Drivers keep their trucks clean and looking nice. Mark is the BEST boss I have ever worked for. Mark and the gang are a "Cut above the Rest"
