        Complicated transactions

        Tom was able to quickly grasp very complex tax problems such as 1033 involuntary tax takings,1603 tax grants, loss carry forwards, and multiple small to mid size business Combinations . I knew early on when we started on his chalk board and analyzed all my business and explained it to me so i understood that he understood, i knew he was sharp.

        Tom is an extremely knowledgeable and honest man, it's hard to find people like this these days. He is a man with integrity and honesty, and qualities like this are what you definitely want when trusting someone to represent your very best interests.

        Tom Hulien and company are my trusted tax, legal and investment advisors. I have used his company since its inception and continue to use him because of his excellent track record, realistically, I really would not trust anyone else with my personal wealth management, tax advise or legal advise. Tom Hulien also consults with us in contract law as well as any other legal questions I might have. I have never had an issue with the IRS but if I ever did Tom would represent me if the IRS came knocking which is what seperates his company from the other self proclaimed tax advisors. Thanks for your hard work and dedication Mr. Hulien.
