If I could give fewer stars I would. I asked sales clerk for a receipt acknowledging that I dropped off my tablet for repair. She informed me that they do not provide such confirmation unless I left a deposit,. I explained that this was not acceptable and asked to have tablet returned. The clerk then became rude and condescending. The clerk claimed that my wife and I were wasting her time. This incident occurred on a Sunday afternoon and we were the only people in line. I was atonished by this young lady's response to a simple inquiry. How receptive would this company be were I to have a problem with the repair? There are other company's that provide this same service and I am sure that their customer service is better.

My first visit and last. I asked about their additional fees and was told " do not come in here complaining" I spoke with owner that his rep was unprofessional and also used profanity which was grounds for termination. I would not recommend this location to an enemy!!!!
My wife and I just visited this store to buy a new phone The person who waited on us was extraordinarily rude. I would certainly not do business with this store, even though my wife was treated courteously when she bought a new phone on the same plan a few weeks ago.
