First of all, I was impressed by the size of the shop, which is unusually large for a tobacco store. There is a separate store inside that carries vapor accessories, along with an additional store that carries clothing and phones).I was greeted immediately by a friendly employee, who proceeded to give me a tour and answered any questions I had about their big variety of items. Simply put, I thought I was only going in for a pack of cigarettes, but ended up finding a treasure trove shop of wonders. If you haven't been, I highly recommend stopping by!

The tech was joking about this outside, AND shooting up something (yes, in his arm, on the side of a busy street, with residences just to the side). I can not believe the owner wouldn't have checked out the contractors they brought into the store. I would never feel safe shopping here ever again.
I love these people. This is by far the best vapor shop I have ever been to. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Even though the return policy is kind of bad, it is completely reasonable considering how electronic cigarettes are small and can break easily. So I have no problem with that. Their juices are great, the prices are impeccable compared to other vape shops. Plus they have genuine products, not knock offs that others sale. They don't try to rip you off by selling you something that you can't find coils for at other vape shops. Overall my rating is a complete 5 stars. Friendly, educated, reasonable people.
I bought an aerotank from them that was gurgling a lot, I went back to them the day after I bought it to figure out how to stop the problem or return it. They said I was puffing it incorrectly and that they could not help me. I then went to Vaper Girl and Paul fixed the leaking problem. I do not reccomend buying any product here simply because they wont help you with your problems. Very rude customer service. Go to a more knowledgeable Vape Shop
So I have spent a lot of money with Cindy at Nic Fix in Northgate Mall. Everyone there was always friendly. I will give them that. My issue is that she violates the terms of a Joyetech distributor. Her posted "Warranty" is six days unopened. This is not a warranty at all but a return policy. She will not honor any kind of warranty what so ever. Joyetech's web site says that every authorized dealer will offer a two month warranty, first month replace, second month repair. I took a battery in two days after I bought it and it had stopped working. It would light up and switch modes but it would not cook the juice. Neither of the employees that were there at the time could get it to do anything either but when I asked for another one they said that they couldn't because it was opened. I informed them of Joyetech's policy and they said I would have to come back when Cindy would be there. I did and she gave me the run around and basically told me I was out of luck. I will not spend another dime at her shop. I hate that I will no longer be able to get the stuff I need locally but that's the way it is.
