Some of the poorest service you will ever receive. I stopped there for dinner, unfortunately, since I had a pretty busy day and didn't want to cook. As I'm placing my order, you can hear the drive-thru person horse playing with her fellow co-workers. I place the order, pay, get to the 2nd window and the person hands me my food, after waiting for a long period. I don't mind the wait. I had nothing else to do but sleep. She said "Here you go" and immediately closed the window. I knew that was a red flag to check my food. All of the food was there, although the fries looked horrid. I can settle for that. My sauce for the nuggets were not in the bag, so I had to wait 5 extra minutes for her to come back to the window, as she ignored me, although we made eye contact. Finally, she comes back, I smile and ask for sauce. She catches another attitude because obviously people do not get a job to work. It is my fault, as a customer, that she's working not-so-hard, right? She comes back, exchanges words about me to her co-worker, rolls her eyes, and hands me the sauce. At that point, I have to speak up. I asked her why she's being rude and she slams the window in my face. I go in to speak with the manager and then I understand the negative undertones that exist amongst his employees. He came from the back, after being informed by other employees that I needed to speak with him. He never acknowledged me upon coming to the front of the store, until another manager (Assistant) said no take care of me. She repeated it at least 3 separate times before he finally came to speak with me. I informed him what happened and he immediately walked to get coupons. I refused and informed him that's not what I'm here for. He repeatedly insisted that I take the coupons as if that's going to change the way they handle their customers. I took them after being being pressured to do so. I did demand a refund and I will be returning the coupons. Basic customer service goes a long way.
I WENT THRU DRIVE-THRU 3.8.17 AROUND 4:40PM. ORDERED A SOUTHWEST SALAD AND ICE CREAM. VERY DISAPPOINTED -2 THINGS:1. NO FORK WAS IN BAG WITH KNIFE 2. SALAD HAD ABOUT 1/8 C. OF CHICKEN[REALLY] . THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. I CAN USUALLY GET 2 MEALS FROM ONE SALAD FROM THE OTHER 2 RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA.
If I could put zero I would. I was in line here for over 15 min and they got the whole order wrong. They always do. Morning shift is great but afternoon is terrible and they are extremely rude. Just because you hate your job doesnt mean that you have the right to treat me badly!!
Slowest drive thru ever. Half hour wait every time. Sucks. Horrible service and very skimpy with meat
And the 2stars are for the one employee with a brain that rang up my burger that they failed to include in my order. The other employee wanted me to go back around in the long drive thru line. And.......I get home and I'm still short a burger. So....I call, and call, and call but get no answer. Because no one will answer the phone. I was truly disgusted with the service I received and once again.....the 2 stars are for the one employee with a brain at the burger king on NC 55 in Durham.
Will never eat here again. Poor service, long wait, my food came out and the buns were stale and hard as rocks. Got the burgers replaced by softer burgers that also happened to be cold. My stomach is now upset but not quite as upset as the rest of me. If you eat here expect a long wait for food that may potentially poison you.
