The most unbelievable thing about their service is that it has continued to be horrendous for so many years, after year's of consistently poor Reviews. Its as if each new employee, and especially the Supervisory & Management staff have been issued the same Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). That is, you must always be condescending, curt, rude, & uncooperative with all customers no matter what the issue or level of severity the issue is. Practically all the incidents I've either seen or experienced, myself, would never have arisen to the level of even what one might call an extremely minor issue except for the fact that the theatre supervisor/mgr.'s almost always universal response and/or delivery of response is so unexpectedly rude, curt, & condescending. Sometimes even seemingly "out-of-left-field" making you wonder if they are communicating with another person with a different issue and/or question that is somehow just out of your line of sight.
