They put carpeting down in a 375 sq foot space, that had been prepared, the carpet had already been removed. It still took them all day. Honestly, I didn't mind that it took them all day, I wanted them to do a good job. I left to pick up my kid from school and they meet me in the driveway, saying we're done and good bye. I came into a playroom that was dark. The curtain were originally tucked up so not to get in the way of the work. They had closed the curtains....well, I'm a MOM, it made me wonder what is wrong....what are they hiding? Lumps in the carpeting, many big ones, where it was not pulled tight. I called Tim and said they closed the curtains to hide the job they did. He actually tried to give an excuse, but I call it like I see it. The sun poured in across the carpet and you could see it! He said he would quickly call them and have them come back and fix it. Okay, they came back and I showed them where the lumps were, not that it wasn't obvious. They said they would try to fix it. After 10 minutes, one of the men asked me to take a look. There were still two other lumps. He complained about the concrete flooring and said the carpet was pulling from the wall. I asked, "how can we make it right?" "Carpet has been put down of concrete floor before, it's what we removed before you got here. " I said. They stayed another 5 minutes, I walked out on my back porch on the phone and they ran out the door. Seriously ya'll, they ran out the door, no fixing anything!!
This review will be updated after I talk to Tim about what we can do to fix this.
I did not need to talk to Tim after all. Ms Sue, the owner, looked at the pictures of the work and was not satisfied with the quality or how her men treated the job. So she had her best Kevin, to come out, assessed the situation and he set the men to work making things right. I am SO Grateful!! It is a Company of Quality that stands behind their work. This company did just that. :-)

We just got carpet installed by Tri - Wave and they did such a wonderful job. They were professional, friendly, and highly efficient. Our experience was great from the start. They helped us choose a high quality carpet that was cost-efficient because it was a remnant.

Your company installed ceramic over a very ugly brick fire place the was installed in 1973, it made my den look like a home that was just built today. Employees arrives on time, did all the work within 6 hours. Cleaned up every dust particle and walk out with the job that was well done any other in my home will be done by your employees.

The installers were nice but the quality of their work was poor. When they were finished, the floor was dirty and had some scuff marks. The walls were marked up from removing the old vinyl - they weren't careful removing it. They didn't have a nail gun with them to put back the trim molding so they just used a hammer and nails resulting in a need for a lot of repainting. They also did a poor job caulking the trim. One of the doorways carpet trim pieces has two big hammer marks so I am going to have to replace it. I recommend that you find someone else to do your work.

I would like to commend on the good work that Tri-Wave did. They helped me select the best carpet for my house, gave me a very competitive price and started the job right on schedule and finished a day earlier that they had anticipated. Tim was very polite and helpful and I would certainly recommend Tri-Wave to anyone who needs carpeting. Thanks!!

I purchased a municipal grey carpet for two offices. The first day I walked in, I was greeted by Tim who was very friendly. One other lady took us to the back and went through all the available carpets and even helped us to match our sample. She was very polite and very patient. We were really not sure as to how we could find a match since our sample was pretty old, but she went out of her way to help.
The final order was done by Ted who was also very professional.
It was a very good shopping experience overall.

Tim came today most likely as a result of heraing from the Better business Bureau. The positive part of the experience is that he did arrive on time. Unfortunately, his behavior was predictably belligerant and unbelievabley rude. He screamed and yelled and actually accused us of knifing around the edges of the tile so it would come up. It was obvious he only showed up to save his own hide at his BBB meeting scheduled for Monday (two days from now). Fortunately my brother in law was here. He politely asked Tim to stop talking and just fix the problem. After doing some research at teh congoleum website, we knew that premixed durceramic grout was teh only thing that would work with duraceramic tile-especially in a bathroom. We asked him what kind he used and he said he used a traditional grout--which is specifically stated as the wrong grout for this product on the congoleum website. (See the duracermic install pdf on the congoleum website. Citysearch will not allow imbedding the we address here)
As of tonight our floor is regrouted, but we by no means consider this the end. When we asked the installer (to his credit- a very nice guy) how long to wait before using the bathroom he said he wasn't really sure, but maybe if we blew a fan on it that we could use it tonight. Really?? This company can't possibly be long for the world with it's current standards.

Tri-Wave installed carpet for my entire house. I thought it went great, but afterwards discovered my jewelry had been stolen. I contacted the police and the installer (employee of Tri-Wave) confessed and was arrested. Only some of the property was returned, but installer disappeared before the trial. Tri-Wave would not take any responsibility and refused to talk to me about it. The owner actually yelled at me over the phone saying this was not her responsibility.

Do not use this merchant. I had them install carpet and vinyl, both went poorly. Vinyl crackles when you walk across it and carpet seams are noticeable, and some padding is missing. They have very little customer service mentality, bascially they told me it was my problem. I would never use them again.
