Professional Recovery Consultants

This agency appears legit, but after asking 4-5 times for proof of debt and never receiving a single correspondence, I finally mailed a note to the rep I had spoken to, asking for her to return the requested info in SAS included. It's 3 weeks now and no response, and they STILL called me claiming I was ignoring a debt (which they reported) and swore they had sent at least 4 letters to my address, after sending to old address first 1-2 times. After this last call, I made a payment over the phone (on faith) and sent a certified letter to their office w/ SAS requesting payment receipt. Oh, when I told the manager I had received no response to my first letter w/ SAS, he said they received 1000s of letters so it must've gotten lost.....???? Hope this last try works, but something is seriously wrong with this company.
