For many years, dr. Soren Windram, and his fellow colleagues plus the entire New Hope Animal Hospital team were my people of choice, my go-to place in crisis, or in case of any health concerns of my dogs.
And this is not likely to change any time soon. In addition to top notch professionalism, experience and advice you get so much more!
All the options are explained clearly, all the questions are answered without a hesitation and you simply feel that they PARTNER with you in the decision making process concerning the treatments of your pets.
What also struck me is the fact that dr. Windram, and his team, never ever try to talk you into some expensive options if they are not likely to be truly beneficial to your pet. Therefore, we trust them, we appreciate them and we are recommending them to anybody and everybody who cares for our opinion!
It is always with compassion, understanding, warmth and a sense of urgency that dr. Windram, and the team, listen to the (oftentimes) hysterical humans and are so gentle and in-tuned with the animals.
We got yet another practical example of their care and philosophy yesterday, when we were advised by the receptionist to bring our Yorkie for an unscheduled, emergency surgery.
As usually, everything was discussed calmly prior to the surgery on the phone, and today the tiny patient is recovering nicely at home!
It's not CHEERS, but everybody there knows your name and simply cares!
