        took my car in for inspection. told me I needed a part that I did not need. I took the car to another garage and had a second openion. Firestone lied and they were supposed to order the part they said I needed and never called me back. Poor costomer service. But it worked out to my advantage thank goodness. I will never go there again for anything!

        I took my car here to rotate the tires (I bought 4 tires from here, so the cost of the rotation is covered by story waranty). I took them hour to rotate tires and at the end they told me there was nail in my tire. All of the ties air pressure were good ( I usually look around the tires every morning), so I am really not sure a nail was there before then. They should show me the nail before they removed it. When the manager took me to the car, I only saw a little hole on tire with air flow out and that make customer (me) had to pay $25 for them to fix it, no other option here. It made think about the honesty of the store and I feel like they try to create something else to make you pay for it even though the service is covered under warranty.
