Made a reservation to pick up a Suv for 1 pm on 3 9 2018 went to pick up the Suv the manager said there will be a 200 deposit, I ask the question why am i paying a deposit when i have never paid one before thru out corp. account he said let me look back on you history and he did not find where i had ever paid a deposit so i said ok let me shift money on to my credit card and we will be good. I assume he did not like me asking about why am i paying a deposit when i have not in the pass, so then we go out to look at the vechile which was so dirty like it had been in the red mud my mother as the Asst manager are you going to wash the truck he walked back and the building and said she curse him my mother is 80years old so he cancelled the reservation because he said he could . i said ok and walk out and call the corp office and spoke with them and they have not gotten back with me yet so i went out to RDU where i was treated very profession and i explain to them what had happen he stated they will take good care of me and my family and they did and we where 5 hours late headed to a furneral but we got there..I allso called my employer at UNC and inform them of what happen and they should be award to stay away from this location..if you are going to be in customer service you cant have a attitude when someone as you a question.....

When I arrived at 9am, they said that not only did they not have my truck, they didn't have ANY trucks I could rent. From the looks of the other reviews, this is a chronic problem for Budget in general.Steps to rent from Budget and still get your move done:1. Reserve a Budget truck2. Reserve a U-Haul truck3. Use the U-Haul after the Budget is unavailable.
Recent weekend rental started off a little disconcerting, however; I greatly appreciate their policy;“We'll pick you up”. We rented a full size car last week and when we went to pick up the car we anticipated (Malibu or Fusion) was not there. We were offered a Hyundai SUV and the agent tried to make us pay more per day and I flatly refused and stated we would cancel. After some haggling we did not pay any extra. The car was filthy inside and out, had only a half tank of gas, tire pressure was down 6 lbs each tire, it had no windshield washer fluid so we added some to later find out the line was cracked so washer was not working. We had to vacuum and clean the car inside before we took our trip. The only good thing I can say was car got very good gas mileage. We have always rented from the local Avis in the past and I expect we will return to them in the future.
Very unprofessional. The service was not very convenient. I actually dealth with the manager and he gave me a hard time. Then put into a car with no gas, I had to request that thread be filled up and the wait 15 mins while he left to go get gas. The car was messy in the back it red vacuumed, I will never rent from Enterprise again

Reliable, professional, discreet and first class. I would recommend John and his team to anyone looking for a transport service. We have worked together for over 5 years and each job has been something I have not had to think about. The stress of transfers is always removed by John and Hilum impeccable efficiency. The only issue I had was the fact that my reservations were for Saturday (July 27, 2013) but since Uhaul called me late Friday (July 26, 2013) and changed my reservation to Sunday (July 28, 2013) the $50.00 credit for guaranteed reservation didn't apply. I think this was unfair, we missed a lot of important plans for Sunday because we couldn't move has we planned Saturday. We are very disappointed. We felt cheated. This was a major inconvenience. But the sad thing is you guys as an organization won't care or do anything about it!!
