If I could give fewer stars I would. I asked sales clerk for a receipt acknowledging that I dropped off my tablet for repair. She informed me that they do not provide such confirmation unless I left a deposit,. I explained that this was not acceptable and asked to have tablet returned. The clerk then became rude and condescending. The clerk claimed that my wife and I were wasting her time. This incident occurred on a Sunday afternoon and we were the only people in line. I was atonished by this young lady's response to a simple inquiry. How receptive would this company be were I to have a problem with the repair? There are other company's that provide this same service and I am sure that their customer service is better.
