Overall

Fabulous service from Linda and her team. I needed to send several heavy, fragile items from Durango to Boston. Linda made the whole process so easy for me. Everything was wrapped safely and the package arrived on time, in perfect shape, and at a reasonable price. Thanks Linda!

Overall

After living in Durango for 10 years I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been a box holder at the UPS Store in Durango for 4 years. I have always been treated with respect & Linda has gone out of her way to help me with packaging my items & shipping them at a rate I can afford. She has even been kind to let me leave my items to package & then call me with the balance. This store also assists with my printing needs & holds my packages for me when I'm traveling.

How in the world does UPS allow this franchise owner to keep her franchise. She is rude, and drives customers away. It is obvious that she has little to no business experience and runs her business as though she is the only place in town that one can go to. Her my way or the highway attitude has most likely caused UPS to lose business to FedEx or the Post Office. UPS should strip her of her franchise. She sullies the UPS brand.

The woman named Linda was so impolite! Pushy & rude through out the entire transaction, she even used and ambiguous slur when I asked if there was a mechanism for costumer feedback. If things weren't awful enough she screamed to take my packages to the UPS hub and get out of (her) store or she would call the cops.

Beware of the UPS store in Bodo Park. Do yourself a major favor and firstly visit the UPS center, which is only five blocks up the road.

I was truely appalled and will be sure to tell all my friends and family to never used the Durango (bodo park) UPS store.

Amazing service!

The people at this UPS store were very, very, helpful. I was trying to fax a very important document but for some reason it was not comming through clearly. They worked with me and went way above and beyond the level of service that I expected. They were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that could use their services.

Horrible Customer Service



I went to the UPS Store #3715 on 4/17/12 around 2pm to send a pre-paid package.



I ask for some tape to finish sealing my box. She replied it was a $1.00.



She said "This is a business, nothing is for free."



I had just come from the US Post Office and thought, well they taped up my box for free and I told her that.



She then said that I can just take my package to the post office or to the UPS Hub.



I could not believe she just told me she does not want my business now or never over 6 inches of tape.



After a bit of cooling down, I went back in to find out who the manager was so I could file a complaint. This lady claimed she was the owner and if I did not get out, she would call the police.



Are you kidding me? You are a business owner and you treat people this way? And you are still in business?



As a business owner I believe It is more important than ever to provide excellent customer service. This lady has absolutely no conception of customer service or customer retention.



As an owner (if she truly is) she should be ashamed of herself. If she is an employee/manager she should be fired.

On 4/2/2008, I called to inquire about the local city tax rate. Michelle Robinson answered the phone.
I asked my question, her response was "" WHAT do you need to know THAT for?""
My response was ""I'm doing research"". She replied ""You need to call the city"".

Evidently this retailer does't KNOW the local tax rate!

So, therefore, my logical thought is are they charging us TOO MUCH??? (If they don't know how much the tax is, THEY MIGHT BE or probably ARE!)

I am a business woman looking to rent a HUGE local mailbox with a LONG TERM contract/agreement. She was RUDE to the wrong person.

At best it was exceptionally poor customer service!
You cost yourself a large contract!

BIG mistake Michelle, BIG!!!
