        I am so sick of going to McDonald's in Durango, Colorado and having my order either incorrect or something's missing. ON EVERY ORDER! I went there this morning and order 2 - Egg & Cheese McGriddle. What did I get? 1 - Sausage Biscuit. How hard it is to give the client what they ordered and paid for!!!! I told them I wanted a refund and said I do not have time to go around the corner and wait. That's one other thing I always have to pull around the corner and wait for my order. WTF?!?!? So I waited, I should have left, but finally a lady comes around I ask her if she is the manager, she said yes, I laid into her, telling her what I am telling you and that I am NEVER going back there again. Tired of the low grade service. They don't pay attention or don't have the employees double check the orders. I don't care if your busy. In the end having the right order is worth a couple extra minutes. GET IT TOGETHER!!!
