Well. I have had good repoore here, though today I had 10:15am appointment. At end of visit said my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. Unfortunately when i got to pharmacy they had the wrong meds sent. Not my pain meds. Called office at 11:30. Said it had been redirected??? (Not sure what that means) was told message to be sent back to doctor. If I do not get a call or still nothing sent in to call back at 2:30. Made call and was told he was reviewing at 1pm. Not sure what for or issue. Said they will send new message to him, but he is still taking care of other patients. Now has been another hour (3:30pm) still with nothing happening or call. Would not have many issues with this but there scheduling they had to make for me was 33 days instead of normal 28 day routine. So have been without my meds. Hope to at least get call to know anything..
Office poorly run, never call you back. Fighting to get my co pay back that they were not supposed to charge. Still have my back brace in the office for three weeks now and can't tell me if there is a charge for it, had it with this poorly run place. Don't waste your time.
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to go in Baltimore. They will NEVER give you the proper medication you need in sufficient quantity to control your pain. I wouldn't recommend anybody go there for anything more serious than a sprained ankle.
