I purchased a Hyundai Tucson SEL Plus two days ago, so I have not had much time to "play" with my new vehicle much, but I am an experienced "buyer" of vehicles and houses. I was up front about my experiences so that I would not be "played" with all the sales pitches and such, and I did my homework on the vehicle for ratings and price. It also helped that my son is a expert, because he worked in the field as a salesperson, a finance manager, and worked his way up the ranks. I was very pleased with the service that I received from everyone at the Dundalk dealership, because it was definitely a group effort to satisfy me. I test drove each make of the vehicle, and was allowed to take it home overnight to ensure it was the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I took it back the next day - and I ended up leaving the lot with a new SUV. I was not prepared to buy the vehicle that day, but they took such good care of me, that I did. My salesperson Cary was a delight to work with, because he tolerated me with a smile, answered all my questions and concerns, and did not push me in any way just to make a sale. I was particularly impressed with the finance manager, Jim Waters, for having all of my paper work in front of him that was prepared by the Sales Manager ( I forgot his name - but he was also a delight to work with - very charming..). Jim explained each piece of paper that I was signing in a quick and professional manner, explained all of the additional items available to me, and more....the Sales Manager had "danced" to get me the price I wanted to pay for the vehicle, the rate of the loan, and the monthly payment I wanted. He made it all come together - they all did - as a team....I highly recommend the Tucson and this particular dealership because of the employees...They make it happen!
