I'd say "it stinks"! The City of Duncan fried our computer, keurig coffee pot, and microwave through apower surge on August 13th, 2013. We have been dealing with the insurance company of Duncan Power for a month. Today they tell us the equipment that failed is not covered and so now we must deal with the City. In the last few yrs. we have been lied to, and over charged numerous times. Now we have $1500 in losses because of them. Our neighbor, an attorney, also has losses.

I guess if David Yeager does not call us back and the City does not take responsibility for this damage and reimburse us for our losses, then we will take it to the papers, TV stations and file lawsuit if necessary. This is ridiculous! We would love to transfer to PSO but now are not allowed to. It's really sad that we can't depend on our electric/water/sewer/garbage company to have some integrity.
