Have been there 3 times at different times on different days but the result is still the same.The food is totally cold, not even slightly heated.The last 2 times my husband felt sick afterwards.This time I tried one piece of chicken from 4 different dishes.After trying two of them which had the same strange/off taste I had to stop because it tasted more like it was being served PAST the safe date-thats the only way to describe it. When you look at how they seem to be cutting corners by not keeping the food even halfway warm- it makes sense.I didnt try any more dishes with meat after that-wasnt worth getting food poisoning over.Won't be going back again.
Just a basic Chinese 'trough.' The hot food is almost always cold,; The cold food is almost always warm. Even if you complain to the management, nothing gets done about it. All the food is very generic and doesn't really resemble Chinese food if you've ever had it in cities on either coast. Thick, syrupy and disgustingly sweet syrups coat generically deep fried lumps of chicken no matter what it's called. Other dishes use cheap cuts of overcooked meats and what appears to be either canned or frozen veggies. All in all, you're better off avoiding this place.
Me and my Husband we into the restaurant at lunch time. The waiters are terrible at refilling drinks. So my husband got upset because they were paying attention to refill drinks well. We I was leaving the restaurant. I asked for a couple a drinks to go. The lady when to next customer to seat him and said sorry they were bothering me. I don't know if she was directing toward me or not because I was the last person she talked to. My husband called up there and talked to the manger. The Manger acted like she was going to have the waiter apologize to me and give us a free meal. The next day when we went in there. The lady that said that gave nothing but attitude the mangers didn't do a darn thing about it. There a chance a I could of had a misunderstanding somewhere, but the waitress could of been more nice about it like sorry about the misunderstanding . but instead attitude and why would you think said that rude as heck about it. they lost two customers
The food is great, there is the best food in my life .
Be sure to try their Hibachi Grill, it is hands down the best thing they offer and that is really saying something as everything they have to first rate. Shoot, they even have 6 flavors of real ice cream to compliment the full selection of normal desserts you expect to find at a Chinese Buffet. This place has only been open for 7 months and the building was owned before by some not so great folks that served not so great food. The new owners are amazing. Give em a try, you won't be sorry.
