Cropper Towing, Tire & Auto Care

After hearing about this company at my favorite local diner I decided to try them and am I glad I did. Very family oriented company with great service and products.

I buy my new and used tires them these guys and they have always been fair and friendly folks. Even have lolly pops in the office for my kids.

Great Company that moved just around the corner on Fraley. I use them for towing and tires. Local company with local employees.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CROPPERS!!! They are thieves!!! Jeff is a Liar! I was ticketed in my marked parking space for no Town of Dumfries Sticker. I just moved there 5/28/16 10 days prior. Clear as day in my HOA Docs says 30 days to get all required stickers and if not complied with by the 30 days will be given a warning with 5 days to get any required sticker. The ticket is dated 6/7/16 (today) my car was towed $160 they refused to release my car without paying. I had my lease and HOA documents and they still refused to release my car without the $160!! Thieves!! Worst experience ever!!

Croppers has very poor customer service. Ignored me. Did not acknowledge what was going on. Btw, called the police after the Jason or Tommy stated I had my gun on me. I had retrieve my weapon form the floor board of my car. Croppers had towed my for $125. No other good reason. I was parked at a shopping center for 2 hours. The lady called 911. Dumfries and Prince William Co police arrived. The complaint was a black man about 6’ tall with a gun. very dangerous oooh! Croppers is a bigoted run business!

I WAS STUCK ON THE HIGHWAY AND CALLED FOR A TOW TRUCK. THEY WHERE THERE REALLY REALLY FAST. THEY ALSO HAVE A TIRE STORE AND WHERE ABLE TO PLUG MY TIRE CHEAP
