        Overall

        I'm a long time member, at least 10 years and was happy with services received for the first 9. This past year customer service has slipped significantly. Most recent example is: They changed companies who service their credit cards which lead to my card unexpectedly being unusable. This left me without a credit card to make travel arrangements for the holiday.
