        Horrible Service

        1st mechanic on my initial visit was great and gave me reason to return after returning the 2nd mechanic did not check the coolant system completely or was withholding information which eitherway put me in danger. Consumer beware inconsistent service crappy prices and liars or idiots.

        Mechanics work for the paycheck

        Service here is horrible. After I had hit some debrie on the freeway they said they would be able to get my tire fixed that evening, which they didn't. They told me the wheel would be about $80 which ended up being $93. They ordered me a tire that I was under the impression it was new judging from the price. Well it wasn't. They did not even put my hubcabs back on and when I asked them if they were going to the mechanic looked at me and said I would be able to do it myself. The total bill was about $75 more than they originally stated it would be. If you need a great, awesome mechanic go to Lucky's sale and service and ask for KC. They do not push you around and will tell you straight if something needs to be replaced. They take pride and what they do and it's not just a paycheck to them.DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE, THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR THE CAR THEY ARE REPAIRING.
