Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental process when smoothly with no issues but I have been trying to get a copy of my receipt for two weeks now. I talked to the local office twice in Duluth, MN and requested receipts, I tried to request it from my Emerald Club statement but they did not recognize my email address even though they email my statement to me, I tried to request it using my Driver's license and your site did not recognize that , and lastly when I tried to request it using your website by submitting a question you do not recognize Duluth, MN as an Enterprise location!

I have been renting cars for ten years, and I have been renting at Enterprise in Duluth for nine of those years. I always choose Enterprise for the following reasons:

The folks who pick me up and drop me off (at work or home) are always helpful. The counter staff always work to help me select vehicles and coverages that meet my needs. And management, from the quality staff at this branch to the regional manager, always work to ensure that my personal and professional needs in my rentals are met.

More to the point, after nine years, some of the staff have come to understand not just my needs, but my preferences. They know where my office is; they know my favorite cars; they _care_. Brad, Josh, Harry, Clint, David -- these folks aren't just the people who rent me cars. They are my professional partners and part of my community.
