Raised their rates, turnover of drivers that don't know the town, not 5 star material to me

Anytime i need a cab I call custom cab! The drivers are so friendly, the cabs are clean and feel comfortable, the rates are fair. Custom cab has driven me from Duluth all the way to Minneapolis. The driver let me choose the music and temp in vehicle. The drivers open the doors for me and handle my luggage. The one time a cab could not make it to me in time sue to a crazy winter storm, the company called me to inform me and let me know that this ride and my next ride were FREE OF CHARGE! :-) the owner Dan Ohearon called me personally which made me feel like a important customer. I use the companies services to also pick up groceries and other supplies, and they deliver my items right to my door with receipts.
