Bought a bed that was suppose to be firm, slept on it two days and found it as miserable as our old bed. Went to store was told I should have spent $200.00 more and it would have been firm? Will not take it back, said It's not legal for them to take it. My suggestion, go to slumberland, if you don't like the bed you choose, they give you 120 days to choose a different one. Sad situation.
Had a return that was purchased from a nearby chain, recliner broke less than 6 months after purchase. Because the Cloquet store was now closed they declined to honor purchase; said it was our problem to figure out. They have poorly built furniture and bad customer service. Don't waste your money, literally.

Anderson's has an extremely large selection of furniture in a moderate (but not contemporary) furniture in their large 5-story showroom. We bought a dining room set on sale and it was a great value. The sales people are nice and not pushy.
I would NOT recommend doing business with this place in any way shape or form! Bought a BEST brand love seat and realized after a month it had bent assembly. After over a month of calling to get it fixed the owner showed up to fix it.He then asked to borrow tools to get job done. Very unprofessional and unprepared. Going anywhere else for furniture is HIGHLY recommended!
My family recently had the displeasure of dealing with the unhelpful store manager, Rick.Despite being the area's authorized repair shop for our recliner, he declined to fix it and gave no explanation. My family was very heavily impacted by the flood, and has lost half of our furniture, so we really need our remaining furniture to work properly. Even after telling him this, and pointing out that we would soon be replacing all of that furniture, potentially with new merchandise from his store, store manager Rick said, "We're not doing it."They do not think of themselves as providing a service to the Northland. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
