I brought a remington model 700 to bill's gun repair to have it reblued and glass bedded into a new stock. I originally had some issues working with bill as he had me come to pick up the gun a couple times and it wasn't finished. After pointing out the issues bill ended up finishing the gun beautifully. Bill does a nice job, just make sure you look everything over and let him know if you don't like something.
The level of customer service provided during an inquiry was extremely poor. There was a misunderstanding on how something was worded. Steven's first reply was very condescending, when I pointed this out and cleared up the misunderstanding, Steve replied again in a way that made ME responsible for the misunderstanding and the rude comments.This company feels like profesionalism can be avoided instead of treating all people like worthwhile customers. Give your money to a company who actually appreciates you as a customer, becuase over "42 years" apparently Steve's made enough money to be on a comfortable vacation and can treat potential customers with utmost disrespect.Just remember Steve, if a customer POLITELY tells you they are going to seek another option, don't reply in a rude, condescending tone, and have the audacity to imply its somehow THEIR fault that you misunderstood something that was very clear in the first email sent. All they had to do was aplogize, not place blame.
