More over priced than an airport convenience store. You're better off driving an extra half a mile to the holiday or Mobil gas stations where everything is the same but 1-4$ less expensive. Also the cashier was so dirty he smelt like he hadn't bathed in weeks.

Love this store. It's huge & it smells great - like fresh laundry! I stop there every time I go to Duluth & always find great stuff!

I have shopped there a few times and everyone is usually so helpful. However, today I called to ask about bringing some stuff in and the women was so short and rude... She tried to hang up on me twice! I understand if the store is busy at the time but yelling at someone to call back later, interrupting me and then when I tried to find out this person's name she wouldn't give it to me. I feel like placing me on hold would have been more appropriate instead of yelling and trying to hang up on me. I would think a store that relies on people bringing stuff in to sell would have better customer service. I've never written a bad review but I'm shocked at what just happened. I'm sure it doesn't mean much, but I'm no longer shopping there. She finally at the end told me her name was Mary. Well, Mary, as someone who has worked retail sometimes you have to learn to multitask!!

Company sent out my package twice. The first time it went to somebody with the same name as me on the other side of the country. The second time they sent it out with an insufficient address. I would not trust this company when they can't even address a package correctly.

This place has the best cuts of meat, and gets it from the same place if not better than adolphs. This is a family ran business. The dad owns it, his mom helps, his daughter helps, and his son is the butcher. I walk in with a smile, and i never leave without a smile!!!! You have to check this place out; as soon as you possibly can!!!!
