This was hands down the absolute worst service I have ever received for eyewear/contacts. When I arrived there was a heavierset man behind the desk that didn't even look up from his computer when I went to the desk. I stood there for about 8 minutes before he finally looked up and said "someone will be with you" and walked away. Stood there for another 5 minutes before he even told another store associate that someone was waiting to be helped. However, whenever a young attractive female came in, he all but sprinted to the door to greet them. After I finally got in to see the eye doctor (over 30 minutes after the time I was supposed to be seen), he did not listen to a word I said. When I was asked questions, he would audibly scoff and tell me why I was wrong for doing what I had stated. During the exam, he acted like he had much better things to do and brushed off any concerns I had. While fitting for contacts, I told him the right eye felt uncomfortable and that I couldn't see distances out of either eye, he told me that I was being sensitive and that they would "settle in". I wore contacts for many years and have never had to have contacts "settle" before I could even see. When he tested the contacts for vision, I could barely make out the letters and he said that it seemed like a good fit...? So I left and wore the contacts for four hours and the right became so uncomfortable it was painful to blink. The vision became worse and the two eyes were so dramatically different it made me nauseous and dizzy. This was a COMPLETE waste of my time and money as the contacts don't fit, the prescription is completely wrong, and the associate and doctor I dealt with were extremely rude and unprofessional.
