I was on the hunt for a good plastic surgeon when I came across Dr. Nakano's name. I went in for a breast reduction consultation and he made me feel incredibly at ease about the procedure. He never once sugar coated the process and was very honest and real about what could or could not happen. On the day of my surgery, he was warm and answered all my questions without hesitation. Since then, I have seen him twice for follow ups, and am amazed at how minimal scarring there is compared to pictures I have seen on the internet. The one thing i truly liked about him is that I never felt rushed by him or his nurses. They would always prod me for more questions. Overall, a great first time plastic surgery experience for me.

I've had extensive surgeries with Dr. Nakano in the past two months (breast lift & augmentation reinforced with strattice, liposuction, full tummy tuck with muscle repair) and both Dr. Nakano and his staff have been incredibly thorough, meticulous, cautious and compassionate. It was only after extensive research and interviews that I selected Dr. Nakano, specifically due to his demonstrative expertise in new and emerging surgical techniques and the beautiful work he's done on highly complex cases. I've had some slight complications due to my skin composition and activity level and they have been completely on top of ensuring that I heal and scar well, despite my complaints about the timeline and methodologies. I can always objectively appreciate someone who ignores superficial complaints in sight of the greater good; in my case, a longer healing time for a smoother wound. I would send anyone to see him - really an outstanding example of what it means to be a doctor and a surgeon. And an addendum - Lisa, his practice nurse, is also wonderful. She is sharp and highly competent with loads of experience. I probably called her a dozen times in the first two weeks and she was just as warm and helpful the first time as the 15th.

Woke up blind in my left eye and only 70% in my right now I am disabled you need to make sure its safe to have surgery. Dr. Jeffrey Zwiren didn't call 911 when I told him I couldn't see and my head felt like it was going to explode he put me in his nurse's car and drive me down the road to an eye doctor. Had I went home I would have died! If he had nothing to hide why didn't he call 911? He ruined my life not only can I not see well I can never drive again, lost my career, my home, my life!
