Lavender Med Spa

I discovered Lavender Med Soa on groupon highlighting a deal to remove moles and skin tags. I called and made my appointment for the following Monday. I had written down 9:45am in my calendar directly beneath an appointment for 2:45 PM. Upon arrival the spa was just opening for the day but I was early and did not mind waiting. When I was called into the office we discovered my appointment was actually scheduled for 2:45 pm that day. Luckily the front desk was able to fit me in immediately for the consultation. I was called into the back after a brief wait and met the owner, Mrs. Shaboo- who was to do the mole removal. After patiently educating me on the different procedures we settled on cauterization due to the depth and location of my moles. Shaboo also allowed me to credit the groupon discount to this procedure, so that was a plus.
After applying a 15% numbing ointment and waiting about 10-20 minutes Shaboo reentered the room with an apprentice. The apprentice was there to watch the procedure for educational purposes. I laid back on the table while Shaboo carefully and skillfully zapped away. She paused multiple times to ensure I was still as comfortable as possible and even pet my head to soothe me in a motherly kind of way. The procedure itself took all of 15 minutes with minimal discomfort. I am very pleased with my experience at Lavender Med Spa.

Shaboo also offers a multitude of services at her day spa and I will absolutely be returning for more! I have already recommended this place to my mother and I will tell all of my friends.

10/10 experience overall

I had laser hair removal done over the course of a year at lavender med spa. The experience was pretty good. I am happy with the results although I will need to go a few more times since I do have thick hair. The ladies were extremely nice and made sure you were comfortable. I highly suggest this place for you skin care needs.
