Jo Nails and Spa

I love my experience at Jo Nails. I have enjoyed every visit and look forward to many more. They are welcoming and give excellent service. I would say go and experience Jo Nails for yourself. From Manicures, Pedicures, Acrylic, and Gel nails you name it; they do it all.

I went to Jo's nail salon with the intention of trying out a new place because the place I go to was busy and was terribly disappointed. I asked to have my acrylics removed so that I could put on gel nail polish. The woman started ripping the acrylic off of my nail with an artificial nail. I saw layers of my natural nail discarded. I asked her to use acetone and she stated it would make my nails weak. Various times I told her she was hurting me. She then cut my natural nails when she could not get the acrylic off. The final straw was her taking a chunk of my natural nail out with the cuticle clipper down to the skin!!! Her apology was stating I did not have to pay however my formally healthy nails are ruined and even water on my hands burns to the touch! I wish I could upload a photo. It is very disturbing!
