I ended up with 3 flats last night, and my insurance set me up with a tow off of the highway at 3 am. When I got to the storage lot in the morning I was hoping to just get 3 tires thrown back on my car and get on my way. Jenny and Jeff at Hemphill were amazing, they let me assess my car on the lot and recommended tire places near by. Jeff was kind enough to take a look at my undercarriage of the car and let me know that although my exhaust was a bit banged up there wasn’t anything wrong. Super relieved! These people were so genuinely kind and helpful. If I ever need a tow again I will for sure be calling Hemphill!

I have never been so shocked at the lack of regard for human life or of common courtesy. I pulled out in front of the tow truck with so much room I can almost guarantee he didn't even have to touch his brakes. We were on a two lane road, until a temporary passing lane formed. After a mile of an available passing lane, he decided to pass me when the two lanes are merging together. I had to swerve into the lane of traffic going the opposite way. If there would have been a car coming I would have been in a head on collision. He was not concerned at all about getting by me quickly when he pushed me into the oncoming lane, I had to slam on my brakes to get into the proper lane. I am so scared at this point that I am shaking and crying, I was so lucky there wasn't another car(speed limit is 55) Well then I called the number on the side of the truck and instead of saying "maam I am sorry and I am glad you are ok" the inconsiderate lady tells me that she knows what happened and the guy said I cut him off. Number 1 no such thing happened, number 2 was she saying that bc I cut him off I deserve to be pushed into oncoming traffic???? I mean seriously, I am a business owner and if this was my company both employees involved would have been terminated!!!!! If this guy has con concern for a human life, he wont give a crap about what happens to anyone's car. I wouldn't trust them with a toy car, much less a real one.
