I decided to go in for my annual exam and get some dental work done. The Doctor was very friendly and listened to my every concern. I did not feel pressured at all like my last Dentist office on Sugarloaf. Here they made me feel like my dental health was the top priority and the entire staff was friendly. I got three fillings done and the doctor was perfect at matching my filling shade to my teeth. I have referred all my friends and family to Doctor Kabani and will follow here where ever she goes... Awesome Doctor :) :)

my wife went there for a teeth cleaning, and was told she needed deep tissue cleaning, for about 4,000. She next went to another dentist who told her the deep cleaning they were trying to get her to pay was a rip off and her gums were in perfect shape. I would never ever use these people.

Well, receiving a phone call yesterday telling me that the services performed were covered under my Insurance, and it actually was NOT. This was the final nail in the coffin. These people are a Rip-off. They actually take money from you while you are seated in the chair in disrepair. What an insult. They read you a laundry list of things that you dont understand and do not need and if you decline they proceede to hard sell you while you are starring at the ceiling. They filled a cavity and to this day there is a permenant film on my teeth. How dare they tell me a service was covered only to circle back a Month or more later requesting my Credit card payment. Im done with these folk. RUN and do not go here! Lets see how they respond. Crooks!!!

Coast Dental was great!!! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful and they are always efficient. large group practices like these sometimes get a bad rap but my experience was fantastic. The Dentist was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I would definetley recommend to anyone.

I went to this facility and it was worst practice ever. They didn’t know what they were doing. They gave me wrong information about the insurance. They didn’t try to resolve my issue. Worst customer service experience from coast dental Duluth office. Later on I talked to other people and found out they had worst experiences with coast dental Duluth office too. Shame on this big coast dental corporation. They shouldn’t be in this business if they can’t provide decent customer service.

Having dental work done with Dr. Rucker at Coast Dental was one of the worst mistakes I've made, financially and in regards to my health. After only three years of having thousands of dollars in dental work done by her, I need to raplace almost everything that she did. My current dentist has told me that I could have had better work done at a dental school. A bridge that doesn't fit well, cap that doesn't come to the gum line, a cap that was loose and food got under (causing more damage), an ill-matched porcelain filling... the list goes on.
I had a feeling when I initially met her that she was young, unconcerned and unexperienced but I didn't want to be rude or go through the trouble of finding another dentist. If I could go back and follow my intuition about her, I'd save thousands of dollars and additional trips to a more qualified dentist that I'm going through now.
She and her hygenist missed a cavity that was on my chart and it worsened to need a cap (obviously more expensive than a filling) by my next appointment. She admitted missing the cavity on my chart. When I said that I shouldn't have to pay the difference, Dr. Rucker said that Coast would never go for that. I got out of the chair and reported it to Coast corporate office, only to be ignored and then questioned by an employee. Dealing with Coast and the quack that Dr. Rucker is was literally the worst customer service experiences I've EVER had.
