THIS IS AND OUTSTANDING BUSINESS, GREAT SERVICE AND PEOPLE FRIENDLY!

THE PERSON WHO WROTE! ABOUT MERRYGOROUND AUTO SPA IN A NEGATIVE WAY IS A BOLD FACE LIAR, THEY ARE LYING THROUGH THERE TEETH. THERE SERVICE IS OUT-STANDING AND PROFESSIONAL THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY VEHICLE, AND I WILL USE THERE SERVICE, AGAIN AND AGAIN AND TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Worst Service Ever

my son's 2nd birthday we decided to rent a moon walk from Mike Johnson, owner of Merry go Round Auto Spa who to rent out Moon walks. We paid $125 for a jumper which we used for less than 2hrs. It cut off every 20 minutes,fell over on the kids. We called Mike many times throughout the day and into the night to tell him the equipment kept failing and falling but all we got was his voicemail or no answer. . HOW CONVENIENT.

It is heart wrenching to see your two year old son, friends and family upset because they could not enjoy the birthday party because the one thing tey were looking forward to doing did not work and the man who rented to you was so shady that he would not pick up his phone to come service his equipment. he finally answered and said the equipment trips up often and the circuit breakers cut off all the time. You are renting out defective equipment that you know is defective. I was so hurt to hear that he was not going to replace the blower or give us one that works. I wonder how he treats his auto detailing business. You would hope that you get your moneys worth and if there's trouble the servicer would make it right. He blamed me for not knowing how to work it and fix the problem. I THOUGHT THAT WAS WHAT I WAS PAYING MICHAEL JOHNSON FOR. Mike said he would get the equipment the next day after church. I called him several times on sunday to see when he was picking up and discuss possible refund or discount he never picked up his phone. I left a voicemail telling him how disappointed i was with the service or the LACK thereof. I told Mike how upset I, my son, friends and guest were about the jumper and his equipment.

The whole day and night goes by, me calling him time and time again, his equipment laying in the backyard and Mike was no where to be found. Finally around 8:30 at night he calls me and leaves a voicemail. I immediately called him back. He tells me he got out of church and got tied up with friendsand will not be able to pick up the euipment until the following day. I was mad. I told him that I was not going to pay the full $125.00 and we get a reduced price. He got defensive, started yelling and speaking and said I shouldve resolved the issue earlier on saturday.

WHAT A CHARACTER. After 30minutes of him arguing with me how wrong I am, how his equipment doesnt fail, that we used it all day, that we should know how to fix it. I calmed him down to tell him that we will stop payment on the check if we dont compromise and he wont get paid. He was livid but we I will pay him $60 cash and he give me back my check for $125 when he came to pick up the equipment after I got home from work, that was only fair.

Well. I GOT SCREWED! He cashed the check Monday morning got his equipment when I was not home. SHOULDVE KNOWN! shouldve stopped the check when I had the chance. Thought being the better person and be fair was the right thing to do but apparently not. I would not have gone to this extreme for $125.00 but it's not about the money, I was willing to pay more if he wouldve just done the right thing and gave us what we paid for. It is about principles, morals and just plain ole' GOOD BUSINESS. I would like to think that as a father you would want to teach your children about honesty, being reliable, and all of the great things that Jesus preaches in the bible.

Mike, you say you are a Christian and even seemed like a good Christian when I first met you but if this is what it means to be a Christian then I never want to become one. I hope your whole congregation, customers, friends and family so what a CHEAT, DISHONEST, and HYPOCRITE you really are. It's a funny thing about KARMA; it always has a way of coming back.

I WILL KEEP PRAYING FOR YOU......... you need that money more than I do for you to scam a 28 year old father.

THIS CUSTOMER IS A BOLD FACE LIAR, THEY GOT UPSET BECAUSE I DID NOT REFUND ALL THE MONEY!THEY WANTED THEY TRIED TO CON ME TO GET FREE SERVICE!BUT I BEAT THEM TO THE PUNCH BY GOING STRAIT TO HIS BANK AND CASH THE CHECK THEY HAD WRITTEN,HE GOT UPSET WITH THAT SO HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO WRITE BAD THINGS ABOUT MY BUSINESS.HE WAS GIVEN EXCELENT SERVICE! HIS HOME WAS NOT ABLE TO SUPPORT THE INFLATABLES,SO THEY KEPT TRIPPING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER,AT HIS HOME, HE KEPT THE INFLATABLES ALL-DAY AND CALLED ME 9PM AT NIGHT TO TELL ME WHAT HAPPEN AFTER KEEPING THE INFLATABLES ALL DAY. I EXPLAIN TO HIM WHY DID HE NOT CALL ME EARLIER AND WE COULD HAVE AVOIDED ALL OF THIS, I GOT NO PHONE CALL, OR VOICE MAIL, AND THE OTHER PERSON MELANIE IS HIS WIFE AND I NEVER CLEANED HER CAR AT ALL,THAT IS A LIE AND IF I STOLE HER STEREO ETC. WHY DIDN'T SHE CALL THE POLICE AND FILE A POLICE REPORT, BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPENED. BEEN IN BUSINESS 12 YEARS AND NEVER HAVE I STOLEN ANYONE'S PROPERTY PERIOD.ALL OF THESE COMMENTS ARE MALICIOUS LIES. TO TRY AND DISRUPT MY BUSINESS.

SCAM ARTIST DONT USE THIS GUY.

I recently got my vehicle detailed from MIKE JOHNSON the owner of this company and I will not suggest this company to anyone. He is a Scam artist and will steal things from your car; stereo, money in your console, information in your glove compartment, other personal belongings and even cut and mess with the electronics on your vehicle. He should be put out of business and arrested. Please if you are reading this please do not use his services or he will rip you off. I have talked to several different people who I knew used his services and they all have told me that he stole from them.

this person is a liar i never clean her car period. she and here husband are con artist they tried to get service for free! my busineses from both and they could not trick me. so they wrote these false lies about my business to try and disrupt it., but i have many faithful clients and have been in business for some 12yrs.and never have we stolen anything we are looking to grow not loose customers, if you notice she said nothing about the cleaning of her car, because why did she not talk bad about that only to lie, lie, and if you notice this was written on the same day her husband made up these malicious lies, they are in it together, please see for your self the great service and professional service we have. thank you!
