This is the dealership I bought my 2017 f 150. I made an appointment for 10am for an oil change and when I arrived I was told I would have to wait 2 hours before they get to my car. They said they have 7 cars in front of me. If you have an appointment why would you put that many people in front of me. What’s the point in making an appointment. I called Goodyear in suwanee and they helped me right away
This is really Rick Case Kia's address and this review is about them.So this is how Rick Case Kia operates. You find a great deal online, (2017 Forte) you put in for a test drive, they call you within five minutes, you tell them the car you want and ask if it's in stock, they tell you yes and ask how long before you can get there. We said 30 min, they said great see you then ask for David. Arrived in less than 30 min with cash in hand and was told the car was there, but sold earlier today and don't have anything else that price. We leave, son is disappointed. I guess Rick Case Kia is the home of the bait and switch. Still wondering why if the car was sold earlier in the day, why it was still there at 8:30 pm. When I buy a car I usually take it home with me.
Failure to return calls or fix lemon vehicle sold. Unprofessional and my recommendation is for others not to support or give this company business
Failure to return calls in a timely manner after selling lemons. Do not purchase or support this business.
My bad experience started out with my finance person asking me if my husband was going to come and pay the down payment on my car. because i guess women don't carry money? I later found out my tag paper work was sent to an old address which was NO WHERE on anything i gave him. When i came to see him to correct it he refused to see me and had a receptionist carry a sticky note back and forth to correspond with me while he looked at me through the glass of his office. This was only the surface of what was to come. my car was having issues starting switching into hybrid mode and was getting low gas millage so i brought it in for service they kept it overnight and the next day i was informed that one of the mechanics had taken my car overnight to his home and had videotaped something while driving (i didn't give anyone permission to take my car to their home over night)they also let me know that the issues i had with my car were all due to the way i must of been driving. When i arrived i was pretty flustered and then i was informed they could not locate my key i later found out someone had dropped it down something in the shop this went on for an hour. I finally begged them to let me leave back into the loaner because i was late for work. The next day I returned and they they AGAIN took an hour to locate my CAR my key. Two times on different days i stood in the cold with my belongings outside for a considerable amount of time while these serve advisors helped other people before me and couldn't find my keys all while telling me it was my fault i was having these issues. I called the GM of audi gwinnett and i expressed all of my concerns even though i did see him while all of this was happening to me and he never stepped in. we spoke and he promised me a return call and some answers and that i would have some sort of solution. I never did get that call back the service manager did offer to look at my car again but only after he got back from vacation
Great experience buying a new Outlander sport. best rate with Ally. Finance too a bit longer that we hoped. Thanks
nope don't do it. That HENDRIX REBUILD AMERICA program is a COMPLETE SHAM to get you in the door......
Absolutely terrible customer service and problem resolution. Full review on Yelp as there's not enough space here.
GP-Honda is a real good place to shop. This is our 4th car in 2 years, and we love the Honda Odyssey, as well as the dealership. Our Sales person is Maurey Courtney, a very caring and professional person. Maurey looked after each minute details during the sale, and we are very satisfied with Maurey. Atul L.
These guys are ELITE. They are going to love or hate me for this review. I have a 1998 Volvo S70. If you have a Volvo and you want it fixed, (patched, repaired, band aided, or whatever,) take it to European Motor Cars. Jay is the MAN. He sincerely and genuinely cared about me and fixing my car throughout my entire experience. When I towed my car onto their lot he was IMMEDIATELY involved. He appeared right out of the garage as I walked to the office and asked about my car. He fixed my car. I then toke it home, screwed up while washing it because I hosed down the engine, and towed it back. JJ and Jay went as far as to correct me just enough to say, "Don't do that to your car". It was a "Yes, dad" moment. My Volvo is seventeen years old with 148,000 miles, recently repaired, and running better than it has in years. They made three (3) repairs to my car: replaced head gasket, heater core, and spark plug coils, to the tune of $2800. The head gasket repair is the bulk of the cost and includes a 36 month/36,000 mile warranty. The entire crew showed they take tremendous PRIDE in what they do, which is far beyond Auto Repair towards (your) satisfaction. Thank you, JJ, Jay, and the entire crew, for being so very generous. AGAIN, if you have a Volvo and you want it fixed, (patched, repaired, band aided, or whatever,) take it to European Motor Cars.
