My girl friend got a car after she had an accident through the other party insurance that was at fault. Before she returned the car she did a walked through of the vehicle.She never allowed any body drive the car plus she kept the car cleaner than it was when she picked up the car she stood by the rules and by the time she returned it . A Young management trainee by the name of Keshia Ball excused her self and said I will be back I'm going to check the miles and gas without my friend while she wait at the reception desk. After being outside for about 4 minutes Ms.Keshea Ball rushed in the door walking fast saying oh I totally forgot what I went outside to do. Ms. Ball seemed to be nervous about something. Then she stormed back out the door for the second time. She came back inside and asked my friend to come outside she have to show her something. Meanwhile while she kept going outside without the presence of my friend she went and put a long scratch on the car. These people are criminals .They trying to commit Insurance Fraud. Never to rent a car from Enterprise at the Honda Dealership in Duluth Georgia on Satellite Blvd. The area manager is rude and was also apart of the scam which she also stated it was a fresh scratch meaning they did it not my friend.They immediately start asking her what's her deductible is it $500 or $1000. The area manager said several times that it was a fresh scratch and stated yes someone just keyed your car. My girlfriend told them she just did a walked through before bringing in the vehicle. If it's a scratch there than they are the one who put it there. Please don't fall a victim renting from these crooks.

I rented for a semester having to renew the contract regularly. Most absolutely rudest people ive ever met. They gave me a wrecked car to begin with, and I asked if they had a better car for me. They convinced me to take the car by saying even if I made more damage, they wouldnt charge because the car was so damaged already. Then a semester later, they acted like i had never held a conversation with them and charged me for the repairs of dents that were there when i got the car. It was my first time renting a car, and i didnt know i should have paid more attention and taken pictures or something. I paid 800 more than i should have. When i tried to bring up the fact i had nothing to do with the dents, the wife started screaming at the top of her lungs in public like a mad person. I also asked them everytime i went to renew the contract to give me a call when a cheaper model was available, for a whole semester i didnt get a call. They just dont care about their customers. I wish i had used other rental car places in duluth.
