They do a good job, and if there's a spot you want them to go over, just let him know before you leave! I'll be happy to take care of it. Loyal customer for a while, best tip if you want to be in and out quickly, mornings the earlier the better are always best. Wonderful customer service inside and lots of fun things for the kids to do while they wait.
RUDE! After purchasing a car across the street, we had to drive over and get it emission tested. When we were finished, we were loading my special needs child in the car when what looked like the manager came over and started screaming at us to move and shut our car doors immediately. This after we had just done business at his establishment! I would never go back!
Extremely RUDE manager lady!!! She humiliated me and treated me so poorly!!! I work in customer service, so I feel I have every right to leave my feedback about this visit. Here it goes: I'd never been to this place before, but my father told me to use his pre-paid card. The guy who assisted me when I first pulled up was super sweet! He took my pre-paid card and helped me figure out what package it would pay for. I was under the impression he took my payment then and there and gave me my receipt. WOW, WAS I MISTAKEN!!!! I went inside to ask the guy for cash back (at Club Corners on 141 - way better place overall - they'll let me get dollar bills in cash back so I can tip the staff). The guy said they didn't do that and was very short with me. He barley looked at me. That's when I first saw the manager. She was very petite and had blonde hair in a pony tail. She just walked right by looking me up and down. No "hi, how are you?" Nothing! Her presence just made me feel uncomfortable. It was very unwelcoming service. So I got in my car to leave and this lady comes out yelling at me about how I need to pay. I was completely caught off guard! It was an honest mistake, as I thought I already paid! I felt so much shame and everyone was just staring at me like I had 5 heads. It was such a humiliating experience, I will NEVER go back. I tried calling the store when I got home to tell the woman how I felt about her service. The guy at the front desk wouldn't let me speak with her. He questioned me about why I was calling and once he figured out who I was, he directed my call to voicemail. So that's why I've felt the need to share this story. That lady had so much negative energy, it polluted me and left me feeling awful. I don't recommend this pace if you expect to be treated like a human being.
