        Our experience with Vaughn’s began with a request to repair the climate control functions of our Volvo S80. When we brought the car in we stated that the air conditioning would work on a random basis and the interior fan would not stop blowing. I also explained that if repairs exceeded $500 we were going to trade the car. They replaced multiple parts on the vehicle at their discretion. On 4 different occasions we were told the car was complete however each time the functions did not work properly. The total spend was over $900 and we still have a vehicle without air conditioning.
