Kluck Apartments are an upscale, centrally located complex new to Duquque, Iowa. Featuring one garage, two bedrooms, deck, new appliances, security and much, much more. Landlords Tom and David Kluck have been providing apartment rentals since 1986 and insist on a clean and safe environment for all their tenants. Both live in Dubuque and are always near by for any repairs or services you may need. We are located on the West End of Dubuque, Iowa just off John F. Kennedy road. We have two properties located at: University - Opening August 2010! One or Two Bedrooms Rates: $1,100 - $1,500/mo. Raven Oaks - Building 3 Rates: $850 - $1,000 Raven Oaks - Building 1,2 Rates: $700- $900/mo Sundown Court Rates: $500 - $650/mo.

        Just moved into the University Apartment, extremely disappointed. Items were broken upon, nail holes all over the walls, dirty vents, missing towel bar, etc. It's been a month and they are still working on repairs that should have been completed prior to my move in. Noise levels are terrible, can hear the people above me, when they talk, flush the toilet and walk. The Klucks don't seem to care about satisfied tenants, just want the money.
