Perimeter Veterinary Hospital

We had to put down our old Labrador 2 years ago today. I can only say that it was no easy choice but was made easier because of the doctors and staff assisting us. It could not have been handled more lovingly and compassionately and we will always have a warm spot in our hearts for the women of this office. If there ever comes a time when we feel we can parent another dog, the choice of a vet is a given.

We needed to get another opinion on an abused rescue dog we adopted. We tried Perimeter Veterinary and found them to be highly professional and extremely caring towards this dog. We switched from our old vet to Perimeter based on that experience.In the end the dog we rescued was so abused that after speaking to 2 vets (including Perimeter) and 3 dog behaviorists that we could not keep the dog. She had bitten our 2 year old twice and therefore the rescue group could no longer take her back. We put her down and Perimeter Veterinary was extremely sensitive to our situation. Although it was a very sad day they made her quite comfortable. They provided a couch in a private office as opposed to a typical cold exam room. I sat with her through the whole process which was peaceful.I've continued to take our two other labs to Perimeter and have always felt they've provided great care and guidance.
