I had a good experience with this shop recently. They diagnosed a loud noise in my car as a bad wheel bearing. I took it in later for the repair but afterward, the sound was just as bad, if not worse than before. So I took it back and asked which wheel they fixed. They checked it out and admitted that they fixed the wrong wheel. They ordered another part for me, had it delivered right away and repaired the correct wheel, all within an hour and a half, and they did not charge me a penny for the second repair. Although it was inconvenient to have follow up on the problem that didn't get fixed the first time, based on the way they handled the situation, I would go back to them again.
