Terrible wish I want with a different pool company!! Worst and biggest waste of money spent $4000k on a liner and did they a terrible job installing and do not stand behind there work!
Take heed from the other review, racist bigots for sure. I thought maybe the other person had just had a bad day. I am a reasonably calm person, soft spoken & rarely misunderstood. Let's just say that the lady working there today was the total opposite of me. It is shameful that places of business can get away with the offensive behavior that I encountered today. If you want to be ripped off, this is your pool store.
Avoid this place at all costs! Poor pool service, TERRIBLE customer service, inflated invoices, slow response to time sensitive issues & a rude loud mouth phone clerk who has know it all syndrome coupled with zero listening capabilities. While speaking to a woman who works there, who continuously cut me off over the phone whenever I called with questions about billing issues, she ACTUALLY yelled "don't call here again" before hanging up the phone on me. The phone call must have been 10 minutes of back and forth, with her not being able to explain an invoice that one of their repairman had written out in his best doctor's shorthand. All of this happened AFTER it took him 2 weeks to come out and look at the issue from the time I actually called, spoke with someone about the pool and the problems that I was having. I assume the woman that I spoke to is an owner/operator or somewhere in the midst, average sensible employees don't behave in this manner. Midstate is a waste of time & money. I'd choose Triple A or gamble on any other pool store any day rather than call these hopeless unprofessional mom and pops for anything else EVER again. I dare say that there was likely more hostility towards me because I am African American and it's apparent that these parts are predominantly white, the woman that I spoke with was white; Simply a personal situation, nothing new. Especially in GA. I'd love to see this place go out of business, seriously LOVE IT! I was so angry over the bill that I paid it just to be rid of this shady business and on to a better place of business. I decided that the best way to even the score was a helpful review to the other poor souls who might be considering calling this place.
