Gem Kitchen & Bath

Very disappointing. They came out 3 weeks ago to do an estimate of a very basic kitchen remodel. Gabe, the person who took the measurements, was not a very friendly guy, but we assumed he would at least be professional. He said his office would call when he completed the estimate to set up another appt. with us. Well, they never bothered to call, and after trying to follow up twice, without the courtesy of a return call, have decided that if this is any indication of how actually working with them would be, we are extremely lucky that we did not even get started with them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
