NEVER, EVER will I spend a penny at this store!!!!! My wife purchased a pair of suspenders and a bow tie (which came in sealed packaging) I intended to use as part of my Halloween costume. The colors she picked didn't quite work so I ended up not using the items nor did I open the packaging. The total for the two items was $17.88 Fast forward 17 hours later, I come back to the store to return both items, with receipt in hand AND again both items UNUSED and UNOPENED and I am callously told by the 17 year old punk high schooler "No Returns on Costumes" Look smart A$$ I realize you get to look cool in front of your other idiotic friends you had hanging out in the store with you at the time and that this is something you probably have the pleasure of doing a dozen times a day but this was my 1st time trying to return something at your store and your $hit#y job is thankfully NOT my day-to-day job. Therefore, have some compassion and courtesy towards your customers and be a little more apologetic when you're giving them the company shaft!!!!! At the end of the day Encore's monthly sales were increased $17.88 BUT DUE TO THEIR PATHETIC EMPLOYEES AND THEIR COMPLETELY ABSURD RETURN POLICY THEY'LL NEVER GET A PENNY FROM ME OR ANYONE ELSE I GET TO SHARE THIS RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE WITH.
