6/23 follow up to below. . . The Gen. Manager met me in person, apologized, expressed his concern for taking care of existing & future customers, and gave me all of the missing equipment at no cost. Certainly, it does not make up for the very costly ticket & poor customer care, but a nice gesture. The jury is still out, however, on if this experience will prompt them to make a real, lasting change in communication & care of future customers. Until this happens, buyer beware.6/21 Inconceivably bad!! Brand new jet ski did not include fire extinguisher, whistle & I was assured that the temporary registration was good in Utah and Idaho where I was traveling to (I asked several times to different people). Long story short, I was pulled over by Coast Guard in Idaho & given a ticket over $300 ! ! . . Like buying a brand new car without seat belts, brake lights, & an air bag that doesn't work! When I called to ask why, I was put on hold by salesman and he never returned to the phone!! I waited for 63 min 28 sec. before hanging up. Will never return again & will share my horror story with anyone that I can.
